As a Council of the North Diocese, we depend on the generosity of Anglicans across the country to assist us in carrying out the mission of the Church.
Our ability to carry out our ministry is possible due to the generosity of Anglicans across Canada contributing generously to our budget: In fact, 2/3’s of our budget comes from parishes in other parts of the country.
In accepting support from the rest of the church, we take responsibility to:
- Use the money we receive wisely for the work of the church
- Work at becoming more self-sufficient so that our grant can be reduced, thus freeing up money for other missions
- Share within our diocese, with the same generosity as has been shown us.
